All four ZIP codes saw an increase in the number of median days a home sat on the market. Some saw a slight increase while others saw an increase of more than 20%.
As per usual, more homes were sold at a price between $200,000 and $399,999 compared to any other price point. The second most fell between $400,000 and $599,999.
