ESN Health

ESN Health offers customers individualized plans, which include fitness, nutrition and nutritional products.

"When we started our studio back in 2008, we wanted people to know there's a place to go where you can learn how to eat, where you can learn how to exercise and get your proper supplementation all in one place," owner Ryan Kobermann said.

ESN's training programs include one-on-one personal, two-on-one personal, outdoor boot camp, and semi-private, small group. The business also provides fitness and nutrition coaching.

Connolly Dance Arts

Since it opened in 1990, Connolly Dance Arts has used dancing to help its students learn to express and discipline themselves in a positive environment.

"Dance classes provide the dancer with an outlet for their own self-expression," said Amber Gray, Connolly Dance Arts musical theater instructor. "We inspire our children to break out of their shell and experience something new and exciting. Our teachers achieve this through positive feedback and encouragement."

Classes are available for students ranging from 2 years old to over 18.
