According to unofficial results, incumbent Debbie Riddle has won the Republican Primary election for State Representative, District 150, representing Harris County, 76.2 percent to 23.8 percent for Tony Noun.
In Harris County, 6,267 voters have supported Riddle, compared with 1,954 supporting Noun, according to the results. Harris County has 52.1 percent of precincts reporting.

According to unofficial results, incumbent Debbie Riddle leads in the Republican Primary election for State Representative, District 150, representing Harris County, 78.8 percent to 21.2 percent for Tony Noun.
In Harris County, 4,617 voters have supported Riddle, compared with 1,239 supporting Noun, according to results from the absentee and early voters.
Riddle, who was sworn into office in 2002, has pushed to stop public benefits to illegal immigrants and to punish employers who hire them. She says she is also focused on keeping the area business friendly and spending money wisely.
During the 83rd Legislative Session, Riddle sponsored a bill that allows prosecutors in some child sex-abuse trials to present evidence of other sex crimes against children that have been perpetrated by the accused. Current law does not allow the admission of past criminal activity, but the new law expands abilities by the prosecutors to establish a pattern in some instances.
Noun is a conservative businessman from Spring whose focuses include scaling back big government, removing regulations, fighting crime and ensuring more taxpayers protections.
