Academy for Lifelong Learning—Houston Community College

Houston Community College offers the Academy for Lifelong Learning for adults over age 50. The membership-based organization hosts events, informal activities and classes. Bus tours take members to some of Houston's most popular attractions. Classes cover a variety of topics from computer technology to gardening. The yearly membership fee is $18 and includes many activity costs.

Senior services offered by the city of Katy include games, exercise and health checks, day trips, movie screenings, crafts, holiday celebrations and dining out. Monthly activity calendars can be found on the city's website.
