Five candidates have filed to run in the Nov. 6 Cy-Fair ISD board of trustees election. Residents of Harris County have until Tuesday, Oct. 9 to register to vote. Early voting begins Monday, Oct. 22 and lasts until Friday, Nov. 2.
The following individuals have filed for the two open positions:

Lillian Wanjagi
Bill Morris (incumbent)
Position 4:
Kevin H. Hoffman
Angela M. Wesley
Position 4 incumbent Lida Woodul did not file for reelection.
The district will host a candidate forum from 7–9 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 16 at the Berry Center. Additionally, Community Impact Newspaper will publish a candidate guide in its Oct. 18 edition.
