Books-A-Million is now open in Valley Ranch Town Center, offering a diverse selection of books for all ages, including fiction, nonfiction and Bibles, as well as toys, gifts and collectibles.A new Mavis Tire auto shop is now open in New Caney. A full rebrand is coming to Nitro Nutrition in Porter. New ownership officially began Nov. 15, and the new menu will include items such as loaded teas, meal-replacement shakes, waffles and oatmeal.Blue Jay’s Cauldron—a game and trading card store—has temporarily closed in Porter for the foreseeable future. The store hosted events and sold comic books, character trading cards, figurines, 3D-printed items and stickers.
