According to Emily Black, public information officer for the Texas Department of Transportation, ISI Contracting is about 93% done with project construction as of Dec. 13.
While the project was previously estimated to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2022 and cost $15.8 million, it is now on track to wrap up in the second quarter of 2023 at a cost of $17.56 million.
