DATA: See how the Lake Houston-area housing market fared in December

Approximately 17 more homes sold in December 2024 than in December 2023 in the six ZIP codes combined that make up Community Impact's Lake Houston coverage area.

Data shows the median home sales price increased across most Lake Houston-area ZIP codes.

On average, homes stayed on the market longer in December 2024 than in December 2023

Nearly 64% of homes sold in December were in the $200,000-$399,999 price range.
