Fewer homes sold in April 2024 than in April 2023 across half of the ZIP codes that make up Community Impact's Lake Houston-Humble-Kingwood coverage area, while more homes sold in ZIP codes 77044, 77345 and 77346.Data shows the median price of homes sold increased across all Lake Houston-area ZIP codes, with the exception of 77044, which experienced a decrease.Homes are also staying on the market longer across half of the Lake Houston-area ZIP codes; homes sold faster in 77339, 77346 and 77396.The majority of Lake Houston-area homes sold in April were in the $200,000-$399,999 price range.
