Harris County Precinct 4 will begin accepting bids on Lockwood Road expansion later this year


McCord Development is designing the expansion of Lockwood Road between Beltway 8 and the Union Pacific Railroad from two to four lanes. The project includes drainage and railroad crossing improvements. The expansion is a joint project between Harris County and McCord Development. The county will send the expansion out for bids during the third quarter of 2018.
