Bigotes Street Tacos is planning to open a new location at Deerbrook Mall food court, located at 20131 Hwy. 59, Humble. The Mexican restaurant initially planned to open the new location in December 2021, but the opening was delayed until the fourth quarter of this year, according to property management officials.
