Matt and Anne Evers are planning to open their fifth Primrose School in September at 11833 Thorncastle Drive, Humble.

According to a July 18 news release, Primrose at Balmoral will total 12,068 square feet and feature 11 classrooms, six playgrounds, a garden dubbed "Primrose Patch," a splash pad and a basketball court.

Upon opening, the new facility will be able to accommodate up to 215 children. Enrollment is now open for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old.

"Coming from backgrounds in customer service, we were drawn to Primrose Schools because of its balanced approach to curriculum and strong devotion to character development," the Everses said in a statement. "With two boys attending Primrose and living in the Lake Houston area, we are very excited to bring a family-oriented business to our community and offer a welcoming space for children and their families to come every day."

For children in grades K-5, the new campus will also offer before- and after-school care through the Primrose Explorer Program as well as full-day summer learning through its Summer Adventure Club. Through the school's Go & Grow program, 3- and 4-year-olds will also have access to part-time care. 832-600-6629. www.primrosebalmoral.com
