Havana’s Food Truck will be closing, owner Rey Perez confirmed July 16, as he received a job opportunity in Miami. Perez is Cuban American, and he originally lived in Miami and moved to Houston four years ago. Perez and his wife, Herlis Valdivia, opened Havana’s at the 1960 Food Park, located at 3225 FM 1960, Humble, in
January. The food truck served authentic Cuban cuisine.
