The 1960 Food Truck Park—located at 3225 FM 1960, Humble—welcomed Havana’s Food Truck to its permanent family of mobile restaurants Jan. 23. Havana’s owner Rey Perez is a Cuban American who originally lived in Miami and moved to Houston four years ago. Perez owns the truck with his wife, Herlis Valdivia.

“We are hoping to bring a little touch of Cuban flavor to our Humble-Atascocita-Kingwood communities,” Perez said.

The couple serves authentic Cuban and Hispanic dishes from their location, including Cuban sandwiches, pastries, empanadas, tamales, breakfast dishes, sodas and coffee. www.havanasfoodtruck.com
