Blue Lagoon Bar & Grill will open in November at 15808 Crystal Terrace Drive, Humble, in the Balmoral community. The restaurant will be located inside the Amenity Village clubhouse, with outdoor seating overlooking the 2-acre Crystal Clear Lagoon, according to a news release from Total PR.

The eatery will be open to the public, but the lagoon is only open to members.
