Chachi’s Next Door opened in mid-June at 2845 W. Town Center Circle, Kingwood. The eatery is a neighbor to longtime business Chachi’s Mexican Restaurant. Owner Luis Jaimes, who owns both Chachi’s Mexican Restaurant and Chachi’s Next Door, said the new eatery is smaller yet upscale.

It offers authentic Mexican dishes as well as specialty cocktails, such as mojitos and ginger margaritas.
