Five of the Lake Houston area’s seven ZIP codes experienced a drop in the number of homes sold in January compared to January 2021, while ZIP codes 77044 and 77365 experienced an increase. Meanwhile, the median price of homes sold rose year over year in all Lake Houston-area ZIP codes.
