Five of the Lake Houston-area’s seven ZIP codes experienced a decrease in the number of homes sold in September compared to September 2020, while 77339 experienced an increase, and 77044 remained stagnant. Meanwhile, the median price of homes sold increased year over year in all Lake Houston-area ZIP codes.
