Caldwell Companies began selling homes for The Highlands, a 2,310-acre master-planned community located at 21875 Zion Drive, Porter, in mid-September. Construction on the 4,000-home development began in August and will continue for the next few years, according to Peter Barnhart, Caldwell vice president of land development.
