See how the Lake Houston-area real estate market fared in June

The median price of homes sold increased year over year in all Lake Houston-area ZIP codes. (Courtesy Adobe Stock)

In the Lake Houston area, ZIP codes 77044, 77338 and 77365 experienced an increase in the number of homes sold in June as compared to June 2020, while ZIP codes 77345, 77346 and 77396 experienced a decrease; ZIP code 77339 remained stagnant. Meanwhile, the median price of homes sold increased year over year in all Lake Houston-area ZIP codes.
