Renovations to improve three operating rooms at HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood began in October, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing.

According to the filing, the roughly $1.7 million project will include new equipment and finishes throughout the rooms. While a projected opening date for the new operating rooms was not included in the filing, the project is expected to wrap up in February.
