Initially expected to begin in March or April, construction on a new CareNow Urgent Care location in New Caney is now slated to kick off in September, according to a spokesperson with Total PR. The 4,000-square-foot facility will be located in Valley Ranch Town Center. CareNow will offer adult and pediatric primary care as well as urgent care services.
