Townsen Landing is a roughly 10-acre lot located in Humble, which is being developed by Skymark Development LLC. According to City Manager Jason Stuebe, the development will bring 130 single-story units for seniors surrounded by a number of amenities near Deerbrook Mall.
Eric Ungar, vice president of development for Skymark Development LLC, is overseeing the development of the senior living facility. Stuebe and Ungar said design plans for the development are now under review by Harris County for final approval.

"The last I spoke with [Eric] Ungar from from Skymark development, they've got plans already being reviewed, and maybe—hopefully—we will see some some movement in the near future," Stuebe said.
