1. Early voting starts tomorrow. Texas residents who registered to vote by Oct. 11 are eligible to vote early from Oct. 24 to Nov. 4. Voters can cast their ballot in person at one of the early voting locations listed here or vote by mail. To vote by mail, a citizen must be away from his or her county on Election Day and during early voting, be sick or disabled, be 65 years or older on Election Day or be confined in jail, but eligible to vote. If a citizen meets these qualifications, he or she can find out how to obtain a mail-in ballot. 2.
