Construction on Pines Montessori Upper Elementary near the school's existing campus in Kingwood is scheduled to begin in August, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing. Pines Montessori offers Montessori classes for children age 6 weeks until eighth grade. According to the filing, the project will include the construction of an approximate 17,000-square-foot, two-story facility for elementary students. While a projected opening date has not yet been announced, construction is expected to wrap up in August 2025.
