New Caney and Humble ISDs' active coronavirus cases continue to see a stabilized pattern even as some levels of instruction see slight variations.

NCISD has a total of 92 active COVID-19 cases, according to the district’s dashboard, an increase of five from Jan. 21. Porter High School continues to have the highest number of cases for one campus at 16 cases.

HISD has a total of 418 active cases as of Jan. 28, according to the district’s dashboard. 22 cases come from staff at "additional building" such as administrative buildings and community learning centers. Cases continue to remain steady districtwide, even as all three levels of instruction see slight rises and falls week to week.
