1821 Coffee Fusion is open in Tomball. The Salvadoran family-owned coffee shop offers handcrafted drinks and desserts such as a chocolate dessert with a pistachio twist.

Trippin Taco, which opened in early November, offers cuisine inspired by Mexico City, including halal Angus beef. The truck is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 a.m., serving birria tacos, nachos, tamales and fusion ramen bowls.
Co-founded by rapper and entrepreneur Bun B, Trill Burgers serves classic smashed burgers, including the signature OG Burger, the Triple Vegan OG Burger and Lil G, according to a Dec. 9 news release.
Taste Kitchen + Bar has opened its second location in Sugar Land, offering a lakefront patio and private dining room. The menu features Southern cuisine curated by Houston Chef Don Bowie, including Cajun seafood and grits, lobster BLTs and jerk lamb chops.

Parrot's Nest Bar & Grill is open to the public and offers pizzas, burgers, salads, wraps, sandwiches, tacos, sweet treats and more. The restaurant is open with select hours—4-9 p.m. Thursdays and Fridays, and 2-9 p.m. on Saturdays—with hopes to extend in the future.

Bocca Italian Kitchen is celebrating five years since opening in Generation Park. Led by award-winning chef Justin Turner, the restaurant puts a contemporary twist on classic Italian dishes featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Bocca Italian Kitchen also boasts rotating seasonal menus, housemade pastas and a full bar offering cocktails and wine.
