Travelers can now stop by Chick-fil-A and Einstein Bagels at the Bush Intercontinental Airport thanks to a $1.5 billion effort to expand terminal offerings, according to a July 30 news release.

The new eateries are just two of many dining options set to open at IAH by 2026, per the release.

“This is exactly the type of energy and impact we envisioned when we designed a new international terminal,” Libby Hurley, director of concessions for Houston Airports, said in the release. “Concessions like these improve the passenger experience, create jobs, spotlight the brands our passengers love and underscore our commitment to making Houston a world-class gateway that residents can be proud of.”

The details

Visitors can find the new Chick-fil-A and Einstein Bagels in Terminal E across from a new 17-lane security checkpoint, part of a new International Central Processor. Chili's, Chili's To Go and Starbucks are also set to open in the central processor by early 2026, according to the release. Velvet Taco will open Terminal D by next year, which is also undergoing expansion.
