According to an Oct. 14 news release, Letty's Authentic Mexican Cocina will serve family recipes and specialty cocktails in an intimate, chic atmosphere.
The menu will feature traditional Mexican dishes including menudo, carne guisada, carpacho salmon and chile en nogada, as well as tomahawk and ribeye steaks. Letty's signature dish will be trompo—marinated pork that is slowly cooked on a vertical rotisserie and then shaved for tacos. At Letty's, this will be shaved tableside on the rotisserie.
"I wanted to have a stylish and trendy place for people to come and spend time with family and friends here in the heart of Humble," Martinez said in a statement. "We want people to come to Letty's and live an experience."
