Lil Moe’s Potatoes—a food truck serving baked potatoes with various toppings—has relocated its food truck from the Spring area to Humble.

Potatoes topped with brisket, sausage, chicken or seafood are featured on the menu at Lil Moe’s Potatoes. The truck also sells wings, barbecue sandwiches, fried catfish bowls and fruity lemonade, according to the business’s Facebook page.

Owned by Jesse and Angel Carrington, Lil Moe's Potatoes has two trucks, and the second one operates from 9707 N. Sam Houston Parkway E., Humble.
