Officials from
Porky’s Backyard—a food truck park and bar planned for Humble—will be hosting a grand opening event Jan. 13. The food truck park’s lineup includes more than a dozen food trucks that will serve a variety of cuisine, including barbecue, fajitas, seafood, Cajun food, ice cream and snow cones. The food truck park will be located inside a two-story 10,000-square-foot-building with air conditioning; a 40-tap full bar; outdoor games, such as cornhole; and a children’s playground. Porky’s Backyard will also have two double-car lifts—which can be used when hosting car clubs—and three Formula 1 racing simulators.
