Snack kiosk Fresca Palapa is now open inside Deerbrook Mall in Humble, mall management confirmed Sept. 19. The stand serves agua frescas and snacks, such as fresh fruit, nachos and elote. Fresca Palapa locations have also opened in Willowbrook Mall and The Woodlands Mall this year.
