Loco Cantina will be opening soon in a 3,308-square-foot space located in Kings Harbor, officials announced in a Sept. 5 news release. Upon opening, the family-owned and -operated restaurant will offer Tex-Mex staples, including sizzling fajitas and "legendary" margaritas.
