Located in Generation Park’s Redemption Square—250 Assay St., Houston—the counter-service cafe and coffee shop will offer a selection of coffee, breakfast foods, Italian-inspired dishes, wines and desserts, according to a Nov. 1 news release.
Additionally, Lupo Caffe will offer made-to-order menu items, allowing patrons to purchase a wide selection of grab-and-go and ready-made products from the cafe’s market.
Justin Turner—director of hospitality for McCord Development, which owns Generation Park—touted the new project.
"We saw an opportunity to serve the Lake Houston community with a great coffee shop and Italian cafe that overlooks an amazing green space perfect for picnics and kids to roam,” Turner said in a news release. “In addition to our hot food items, we’ll have a curated grab-and-go market filled with fresh pastas, homemade pasta sauces, cheeses, wine, fresh-squeezed juices and more, ensuring our guests can enjoy the best ingredients whether dining at our cafe, having a picnic on the lawn or at home.”
Lupo Caffe will be located in the space formerly occupied by Lupo Pizzeria, officials said. The eatery will be open daily for breakfast and lunch.
