Heartland Cajun CuIsine and Seafood recently opened at 1965 Northpark Drive, Kingwood. The food truck began operating at the end of July and is owned by Timothy and Christina Fontenot. Heartland Cajun CuIsine and Seafood serves Texas- and Louisiana-style eats such as fried fish, shrimp po’boys, burgers, fried pickles, boudin balls and etouffee.
