Houston Restaurant Weeks, a monthlong fundraiser that benefits the Houston Food Bank, returns to the Greater Houston area Aug. 1-Sept. 2. Of the hundreds of participating restaurants in the region, three restaurants in the Kingwood, Humble, Atascocita and Lake Houston areas are partaking in the event. Participating eateries will serve fixed-priced, multicourse menus that include brunch, lunch and dinner. From every $20 brunch or lunch, $3 will generate nine meals at the food bank, while $5 and $7 from every $35 and $45 dinner will generate 15 and 21 meals, respectively.
