Construction is expected to begin April 1, 2025 and wrap up by April 30, 2026 on a new apartment complex in northeast Houston, according to a Jan. 20 filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
Owned by Remi Houston Holding Company LLC, the 315-unit apartment complex will span 359,472 square feet and cost an estimated $35 million, according to the filing.
