Deer Springs Apartments in Humble has changed ownership, according to a Feb. 26 news release from investment management company Colliers, which represented the community's previous owner, Alphil Investments, in the sale.

Deer Springs Apartments is a128-unit multifamily community situated at 98 Isaacks Road in Humble. The apartment complex is an age 55-plus senior living community and was first built in 1984.
According to the apartment complex’s new management company, Myan Management Group, the community holds events on a daily basis, such as bingo and dominoes, and community amenities include:
- A communal laundry facility
- A swimming pool
- A hot tub
