- A fresh seafood and meat market
- A full-service scratch bakery and tortilleria
- A full-service pharmacy with a drive-thru
- An H-E-B fuel station
- A walk-up seafood boil stand

"This is my fourth store to open in the Houston area," General Manager Carol Thelen-Sonnier said in a statement. "My team and I are excited to be a part of this community and our customers' daily routines. This will be a true neighborhood store, and the partners working here will represent the Atascocita area as well as the spirit of H-E-B."
Giving back
In celebration of the grand opening, H-E-B donated $5,000 to Inspire ND, an Humble-based nonprofit that aims to create truly inclusive communities for people with neurodiversity through education and engagement.
