Construction is underway on Dermani Medspa in Valley Ranch Town Center in New Caney, a spokesperson with Total PR confirmed. The business has a location in Dallas as well as multiple locations in Georgia, according to its website. The medspa will offer cosmetic treatments and procedures such as laser hair removal, microneedling and Botox injections.
