Beauty retailer Sephora is planning a late 2023 opening for its new location inside of the Kohl’s store in Humble located at 20755 Hwy. 59. The new store is coming through a partnership between the two retailers to bring around 850 new Sephora outlets into existing Kohl’s locations by 2023.
