According to owner Buddy Rhodes, Building Enterprises puts together teams to help individuals grow their businesses by improving sales, organization and workplace culture.
Rhodes noted the business assists clients by building relationships with prospects within their target markets.
“We represent companies where we put on teams to go after the market for them, so we generate opportunities and leads for them,” Rhodes said.
While Rhodes said he has been honored to help local businesses in the Kingwood area achieve their goals, he noted he is also proud that he has been able to provide employment opportunities in the area.
“Since the beginning, we’ve had hundreds of different people work for us,” he said. “We’re well-known within the community.”
Throughout the business’s 40-year run, Rhodes said it has faced plenty of adversity through economic downturns and recessions, though he said the COVID-19 pandemic did not have too much of a negative impact on the company.
“The big effect was that I sent everyone home,” Rhodes said. “We actually put in some different processes and procedures, and we’ve done just as well with everybody working from home as we did working in the office.”
