New tenants have been confirmed for the H-E-B anchored development Main Street Kingwood, including Sub Zero Ice Cream, Potbelly Sandwich Shop, Banfield Pet Hospital and Whataburger. The businesses will open by Spring 2017, Lovett Commercial leasing agent Clay Mealy said Thursday at Kingwood BizCom.
Main Street Kingwood is a 33-acre mixed-use development that features restaurants, a grocery store, office space, restaurants and a medical facility. It is under construction at the northeast corner of West Lake Houston Parkway and Kingwood Drive in Kingwood.
In addition to H-E-B and Raising Cane's, which have already opened, the development will include these businesses by Spring 2017:
