There are plenty of things to do in the Lake Houston, Humble and Kingwood area in March and early April, including the 16th annual Naturefest, the Summer Creek 5K Fun Run and Humble's Good Oil Days. Additionally, there are numerous live performances happening in the area this month.

Experience the Heritage Day Rodeo on March 14


The Black Professional Cowboys and Cowgirls Association hosts the annual Heritage Day Rodeo, which celebrates the culture and traditions of African American families. Celebrate the Good Oil Days on April 2-4


The 40th annual Good Oil Days celebrates Humble’s history in the oil industry. The three-day festival features a sip-and-stroll; a street dance; and the street festival, which includes live entertainment, activities for kids and more than 80 vendors.
