Holiday traffic can worsen the Greater Houston area's already congested roadways. So Google Maps has analyzed what it considers the best and worst times to be on the road each day from Wednesday through Sunday.

According to the search engine, the best times to be on the road before Thanksgiving around Houston are before 3 p.m., and from 4 a.m.-4 p.m. after the holiday. See the gallery for more detailed daily drive time recommendations.
