  1. Good question Tucker. He was forced to close 4 places because he couldn’t pay his Vendors and Employees. Poor choice to start for CC and Fulshear. Heard he was filing Bankruptcy.

    • He held four other strip centers up for 2+ years on leases he never even fulfilled…never built or opened. He was forced to close his Mexican food restaurant, steakhouse, and Sammy’s rayford, rayford sawdust, Cinco (spring green), lmf, Lagrange and tomball and cypress.

      A lot more than four.
He owes hundreds of thousands to employees. Millions to investors.
And I’m sure if you add it all together…his bookies.
      That’s why he failed.
The irs is a whole other matter. His ex-employees are STILL reaping those benefits.

  2. I thought they would have much more greenspace, and landscaping… this looks like an industrial parkin in the rendering shared.

  3. From the rendering, this looks just like the slab and metal building industrial park across 1093 near Bois D’arc road. All it needs is a nail salon and a Lens Crafter’s to make it a a proper strip mall in front of a trailer park. With that in the entry to your community, what can you think of the rest of the place? If I owned a home in Cross Creek, I’d be up at arms about what this will do to my home’s resale value.

Sammy’s Sports Grill did not sign a lease at Cross Creek Town Center, owner Sammy Vela confirmed. The press release was incorrect. Three tenants signed a lease, not four.
