Norris Centers has announced that The Ark, a new mixed-use venue in the Katy area at 21402 Merchants Way, Katy, will open soon. The 3,200-square-foot ballroom has floor-to-ceiling windows and hardwood floors. Norris owns and operates five venues in Central Texas, with locations in Austin, San Antonio and Dallas.
