The Coalition of African American Pastors opened its west business office located at 5757 Flewellen Oaks Lane, Ste. 503, Fulshear, and hosted grand opening activities with the Fulshear Katy Area Chamber’s rope-cutting event June 25. CAAP is a national faith-based nonprofit that supports religious freedom, marriage and family, but it is not affiliated with a religious denomination. Rev. Bill Owens and his wife, Deborah Owens, founded the organization in 2003 and have a Youtube channel with shows related to its mission and values. 281-346-8459.
