Taste Buds Cereal Bar plans to open in April at 1801 N. Mason Road, Katy, said Courtney Thomas, who owns the business with his wife, Jazmin Thomas. The cereal bar will serve a menu of cereal, cereal-infused smoothies and cake as well as cereal strudel. The business will also host birthday party packages with customizable cereal bowls, a personalized cereal box and retro video games. The location does not have a phone number as of Feb. 10. www.tastebudscerealbar.com
