Developer Sueba USA announced plans to build San Paseo, a multifamily development located at 1724 Partnership Way, off of the Grand Parkway.

The four-story midrise development will feature 272 class-A apartment homes and 20 two-story townhomes with attached garages. Apartment homes will range from 496-2,088 square feet. Three open-concept townhouse plans range from 2,387-2,577 square feet.

The San Paseo apartment community and adjacent townhomes will be managed by Southhampton Management Inc., an affiliate of Sueba USA. Pre-leasing is expected to start in March 2024. www.suebausa.com
